The Marcy Olympic Hex Trap Bar - HTB-6921 is perfect for building stronger back, leg, and shoulder muscles by doing deadlifts, shrugging, and pulling. The regular and raised handles provide a variety of grips depending on your preference. In addition, both sets of handles are knurled to provide a better grip while lifting. The 2" diameter Olympic sleeve is 10" long so you can comfortably add up to 800 lbs. total. Olympic Hex Trap bar weighs 50 pounds.
