The Honda CRF450R is a serious threat on the track. With their mean 449 cc, single cylinder 4-stroke engine, incredible handling, and light-weight, durable design, taking down the competition never felt so good! Honda has certainly designed a spectacular motorcycle with their CRF450R, so it's easy to see why so many riders call this bad boy home on the race track.

These are the results for the 06 crf450r. These charts and jetting specs should be applicable to all CRF450r bikes from model year 2003-2008. Final results are as follows Green: stock pipe and jetting, Blue: Barkers exhaust with no QC and stock jetting, Red: barkers exhaust and dyno tuned jetting setup. Jetting recommendations are : 165 main jet (168 stock), 45 pilot jet (42 stock), stock needle in 5th position from top (4th stock), 100 pilot air bleed (stock), #55 leak jet (stock).

The head pipe portion of the Full Single Exhaust System is 304 stainless steel that is Tig-welded with seam-reduced interior surfaces for smooth flow. The can is comprised of 6061-grade aircraft aluminum and comes standard in a brushed aluminum finish. For a more customized look, you may also choose to have your can powder-coated in a black or red finish. Further enhance the look of your new system by selecting which color Barker's tag you would like. Barker's tag color options include: black, blue, red or yellow. To harness your new system to your machine, a strap kit is included with your purchase.

Other options available for the Full Single Exhaust System for the Honda CRF450 machines are the Barkers Quiet Core Insert and Spark Arrestor. The Barkers Spark Arrestor will help to keep our trails safe by eliminating any flammable emissions from escaping the exhaust. The Barkers Quiet Core Insert is ideal when riding in those sound sensitive areas and will reduce sound by up 5 dB. Heck, with only a loss of .5 to 1.5 horsepower you might want to ride with them in all of the time.  

For serious riding, we highly recommend purchasing a fuel controller for your new system. A fuel controller will drastically improve the way your new exhaust system and Honda CRF450 performs. As your new system will require the added fuel flow, a fuel controller is essential for your CRF450 to perform at it’s best. For optimal results, your dealer or a skilled technician should program the fuel controller prior to installation.
