How to use: Take 1 capsule once a day with a meal.
Recommended daily dose: The recommended daily dose (1 capsule) contains (reference intake %):
Folate (Quatrefolic®) - 800 µg (400%), Inulin - 345 mg.
Ingredients: Inulin (chicory root), pullulan (capsule shell), folate (glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid).
Storage: Protect from light, store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25°C. Keep out of the reach of small children.
Precautions: Use after consulting a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
