At the race circuit, high level of friction can be achieved along with high stability for an extended amount of time with the heat treatment. _x000D_ The 6 slots brake disc is adopted as standard in the HS type by considering various factors, such as pad wear, squeal and the removal effect of gas at the fading. | Remarks | ABS-free _x000D_ The heat treatment does not directly improve brake performance. The heat treatment increases the disc resistance against strains and thermal cracking. It also helps maintain stable brake performance for a extended period of time. _x000D_ The surface of the heat treated brake discs has a burnt colour. Once it is used, the burnt surface will be removed by the pad, and changes back to the colour of normal cast iron. Please be aware that the effect of the heat treatment of the disc will not disappear even if the surface colour changes. _x000D_ 12 slots version (HST type) is available as a special order. the surcharge of 12 slots is JPY6,000 (w / o tax). _x000D_ of our processing the rotor is, we have shipped in the above package. Were shipped in the package other than the above-mentioned "secondary processed products (slit, heat treatment, dimples, etc.)" will be our warranty. _x000D_ rotor is an image. While it isn’t groundbreaking, this book is an easy read and great for anyone looking for practical and applicable ways to navigate tensions surrounding tough subjects in today’s social, political, and ecumenical climate. Incredibly Relevant and Balanced

Gavin is probably the person I’d look to first to learn how to handle disagreement and conflict in a loving, Christ-honoring way. This book doesn’t disappoint!
It’s well written and concise. It only took me a couple of hours to get through it.
If you’re a Bible-believing Christian, there’s probably nothing in this book that will surprise you, and that’s all the more reason to read it. I’ve found that the simplest truths that are so often taken for granted are the ones that have the greatest impact when we really take the time to consider them.
This book should be required reading for anyone who wants to interact with others on the internet!

Succinct and Spot on

This is a fantastic little book and much needed. A youth discussion group met and we used this book as the basis for the topic of disagreeing to the glory of God.
