Every scoop of Fibre Feel is 4g of organic, FODMAP friendly natural acacia plant soluble fibre, designed to help your gut feel great. It gets you all the digestive benefits of promoting healthy bacteria without uncomfortable levels of fructose, fructans, galactooligosaccharides, sorbitol, mannitol or lactose that can irritate IBS symptoms.

Fibre Feel has been clinically studied for its’ gut-health promoting powers. It was found to increase levels of healthy bifidobacteria, reduce inflammation in the gut and contribute to reduced gut permeability. Directions

Children 4 and up: Take one (1) scoop per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take two (2) hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Take with at least one (1) glass of liquid to maintain adequate fluid intake. Adults: Take one (1) to two (2) scoops per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take two (2) hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Take with at least one (1) glass of liquid to maintain adequate fluid intake.

Cautions and Warnings

• If you have difficulty swallowing, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. If you are taking medications which inhibit peristaltic movement, consult a health care practitioner prior to use (e.g. opioids, loperamide).
• If you have symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
• If you are experiencing a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than 2 weeks, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, or have failed to defecate following the use of a laxative product, cons.
• Known Adverse Reactions : May cause mild gastro-intestinal discomfort (such as gas, bloating, cramps).
