Directions:

Adults:Take 1-2 teaspoons 1-2 times per day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medication or natural health products. Mix in a fruit or organic apple juice or smoothie, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Drink plenty of water. Store in a cool, dry, dark area. Do not store in the refrigerator.
