Directions for Use

To support the body’s natural immune function and lymphatic flow, follow this 15-minute protocol targeting the primary lymphatic centers.

1. Preparation
Make sure you (and client) are wearing UV protected goggles (like ski googles).
You may need to shave the area or use the included adapter ring at some locations.
Ensure the skin is clean and free of lotions or light-sensitive medications. Identify the primary application zones: neck (under jaw), armpits, inner groin, thymus (upper chest), spleen (left side under ribs), and liver (right side under ribs).

2. Application and Suction
Place the UV Reset cup directly over the target area.

Gently pump the device to create a comfortable vacuum. This suction pulls the capillary bed closer to the surface, allowing the UVA light to reach the blood and lymph more effectively.

The unit does not create a perfect seal. It requires a continuous pumping action so blood does not stagnate under the skin. Keep pumping the device during the session.

3. Timing and Rotation
Hold the device in place for 90 seconds per location.

Release the suction and move to the next area.

A full session covering the 9 primary locations (sides of the neck, armpits, liver, spleen, thymus, and sides of the groin) typically takes about 15 minutes.

4. Post-Session Care
If you experience mild nausea or a "detox" sensation, this may be a sign of a mechanical lymphatic flush. Support your body by increasing water intake and incorporating gentle physical movement (like walking) to assist the natural removal of mobilized metabolic waste.

The UVR does NOT create vitamin D (that's a different wavelength). To get the most benefit from the protocol, supplement with vitamin D3 at the same time.

Caution

The cupping action can cause bruising and broken blood vessels.  If you have a bleeding disorder, this may not be appropriate for you.

Some substances can react with UV causing a photodermatitis reaction. Do not use this device with any photosensitizing agents such as: Methylene Blue, citrus fruits, figs, celery, parsnips or parsley (Psoralens), St. John’s wart, common rue, PABA and the antibiotics Tetracycline and Flurorquinalones are also contraindicated.

Stop if you experience nausea, this may be due to hidden infections being mobilized from the lymph nodes, and irradiated by the UV light detox. Try again in 2 days for a shorter duration.

Do not use with essential oils or Zoiben.
