How to care for Isopods

Isopods, or pill bugs or sow bugs, are easy to care for and make great additions to any terrarium or vivarium. Here are some tips on how to care for your isopods:

2. Temperature: Isopods prefer temperatures between 70-80°F (21-27°C). Keep their habitat out of direct sunlight and away from drafts.

3. Humidity: Isopods require high humidity levels to survive. Mist their enclosure with water regularly to keep the substrate moist.

Each order contains a minimum of 12 isopods mixed juveniles. We also include a culture starter cup (which contains a medium and small piece of food, for housing the isopods if you are not directly adding them to your vivarium).
