How does an Equisafety POLITE Mesh Rug keep your horse cooler?
Colour is reflected light, which means the absorbed light heats an object up. This is why dark-coloured materials will heat up faster in sunlight than brighter materials.
The Equisafety POLITE Mesh fabric is perfect for reflecting sunlight and keeping your horse cooler in the Summer.
This rug can also be used for Winter use, if you have a horse that gets hot or is unclipped, making it an extremely versatile addition to your equestrian hi vis wardrobe.

How to fit the POLITE Mesh Rug.
Once the saddle is on, place the rug onto your horse. Attach the adjustable 1” wedding with clip to the girth straps and clip shut, then adjust to fit the rug in the correct place, just behind the saddle.
2nd, put the velcro straps around the girth and cut to size. Double-check this before you cut. We have used velcro, to make sure this will come undone if your foot gets caught in it.
Attach the Filet String to the back of the rug, utilising the two rear D Rings.
Care Instructions.
Fully machine washable on a 30 degree wash.
Fully close all Velcro straps prior to washing.
Protect from washing with any sharp objects, e.g buckles etc.
