The Secoh EL-80-15-AL is known for its longevity and quietness. The Secoh EL-80-15-AL has a unique rib designed diaphragm that takes the shock away and absorbs more energy than a flat style diaphragm. This allows the air pump to have a long life. The Secoh EL-80-15-AL also has a thermal limiter built into the pump. This allows the contacts to separate when the temperature of the coils reaches 150°C. After the air pumps cools back down, it will start up again automatically.
The Secoh EL-80-15-AL Septic Air Pump also features a thick aluminum housing and sound proof material. This keeps the operating noise low, making the Secoh EL-80-15-AL one of the quietest air pumps on the market. The motor and pump parts in the Secoh EL-80-15-AL are also separated by vibration-isolating rubber. This keeps the vibration levels extremely low.
The Secoh EL-80-15-AL Septic Air Pump does not use oil for lubrication. This provides fresh and clean air for your system.
The Secoh EL-80-15-AL Septic Air Pump is waterproof and weatherproof. It is rated by the NSF for use. If the diaphragm is damaged or torn, the alarm will alert you of any issues right away. The alarm will sound if the unit is producing less than 1.5 psi of pressure, allowing you to locate and fix the issue right away.
