Canadian Elder 4:1 Fruit Extract (Sambucus nigra subsp. canadensis) 1000 mg (Equivalent to 4000 mg dried Canadian Elder fruit powder), Vitamin C (Calcium Ascorbate) 100 mg, Zinc (Zinc Citrate) 5 mg.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Citric Acid, Honey, Glycerin, Purified Water.
How to use
Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
Children 4 – 9 years: Take ½ teaspoon 1 time per day.
Adolescents 10 – 17 years: Take 1 teaspoon 1 to 2 times per day.
Recommended age: 4-17 years
