What It Does

The components of Niaouli oil (MQV,) Moroccan Chamomile oil and Peppermint oil are described in scientific literature as strong anti-allergic agents. Allergy symptoms such as runny nose, watery, itchy eyes, irritation in the mouth, throat and nasal passages and congestion of the respiratory tract can be ameliorated. *

How To Use It

Topical Application Options (3 - 5 x daily - if well tolerated it can be used more often):

1) Sprinkle 2 - 5 drops mixed with water on the face. Be careful not to get the oils in the eyes.

2) Put one drop of the essential oil blend on a paper tissue and place the tissue in one nostril. Inhale deeply for a few minutes. Then use a fresh tissue with another drop of the blend for the second nostril and repeat the deep breathing. 

3) Wipe both nostrils with a drop of the Allergy Blend on a cotton swab. Inhale deeply

4) Apply 2 -5 drops of the Allergy Blend to the lymph area, behind the ears, along throat and neck, on the chest, under the arms.

5) Use 5 drops spread over the entire wet body after the shower. Allow it to penetrate the skin for about 30 seconds.

Oral Options (1 - 3 x daily):

1) Put 1 drop on the tongue, open your mouth and inhale deeply several times, as long as it feels comfortable. 

2) Drink 1 drop in about 30 ml of water 

Be careful to avoid eye area.
