Print Sz: x 6"H x 11 3/4"W

Frame Sz: 7"H x 12 1/2"

This is one of a set of four views Cecil Aldin painted of the Grand National, which were published by Richard Wyman in 1920. The others in the series are The First Open Ditch, Bechers Brook and Valentines Brook. The Grand National in 1920 was a particularly exciting race, in which only five horses finished. The winner was Troytown at 6 to 1, ridden by Mr Jack Anthony and trained by Algy Anthony. The Canal Turn is negotiated twice during the Grand National, as the eighth and twenty-fourth fences. It is notable particularly for the sharp left hand turn which the riders have to take as soon as they have negotiated the fence. The turn is almost a right angle and it is not uncommon for jockeys to be unseated as they lose their balance, which has obviously happened in this case. This is a particularly unusual subject by Cecil Aldin, because he actually includes himself in the picture, on the left, with his groom. Later in his career, Aldin often sketched from a coach, which he had swapped with a friend, Godfrey Heseltine, in return for a life-size portrait of a heavyweight basset. Thereafter, the Aldins often used the coach as a grandstand at race meetings like the Grand National or Derby, enabling the artist to watch and sketch in peace, high above the crowds

You need to stack 3 trays for a turkey…
Size: 9*13 Aluminum Pans
I had to stack 3 of these light weight trays to cook my 11lb turkey. Heavy duty? Prove it. These thickness on these trays are no way close to what I’ve seen real heavy duty trays. The most accurate description on this item that they are disposable. If you are baking cookies then you’ll be fine but if you are cooking hefty meals then this is not the tray you are looking for. All in all though, this is honestly my fault for not going to my local market and getting a real tray and instead of using amazon search algorithm to find a tray. 1/5 would not get it again for meat. 5/5 I would get it to bake muffins or small sized bakery pastries and size is accurate. Averages out to 2.5 stars but for lying on the title saying you can cook turkeys on this thing. I’m give it a 2/5.

Get all the cooking pans you need for the holidays.
Size: 9*13 Aluminum Pans
These really came in handy this holiday season. With all the parties to cook for, the business potlucks everyone had, and just needing a way to make large meals in one go, I burned thru most of these in a three week span. The worked great with baking a ham, keeping ribs warm in the oven, a large amount of banana pudding, bulk cooking potatoes, and several large chickens being roasted using these pans. The hold up well to heavy foods without warping or bending (always keep a sheet pan under it of course). And most of them were washed out and set to the side to be used again, saving even more money.
