This beautiful woven basket is a handmade basket made from elephant grass by talented women artisans living in the rural areas of Bolga tanga, the upper east region of Ghana.
Handmadebyakua baskets are natural and 100% non toxic. Our baskets goes through a 6 stage process to be woven and may take up to 1-3 weeks to get a basket ready depending or the size, designs and the type of basket.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS 
Baskets may be delivered pressed or out of shape due to shipping.
Follow these Simple steps to reshape your basket:
-Sprinkle cold water on the basket
-Allow it to sit for 5 minutes
-Reshape basket with your hands
-Leave it to dry in the sun or room temperature
-Allow it to fully dry in airy places as basket can mold if left wet
