To use, connect the charger to a power supply, then connect the watch to the charger with the supplied cable and wear the watch with the metal face against your skin.

The dial controls the power level (0 -300v). As long as you see the green light on, you're getting electrons.

Use the device during the day, then charge it at night.

Battery life is estimated at 1 year before needing replacement.

Attention:
Make sure you keep the USBc cap on when wearing it.  Otherwise, if a fold of your skin goes into the port, you can get a shock.

If you use it while you are driving in a car, make sure the usb charger port is covered.  Do not recharge the battery while using and driving in a car.  It can give you a shock through the car frame.
