Directions:
Tongue scraping should be the first step in your oral care routine, followed by flossing, brushing, and oil pulling. Use 1 Tablespoon of Oil Pulling Concentrate, either undiluted or mixed with a 1:3 ratio of organic carrier oil such as sunflower, non-toasted sesame, or coconut. Slowly swish, pull, and “chew” the oil around your mouth for five to 15 minutes. Spit oil into a toilet or trash can. Rinse your mouth with lukewarm saline water. Repeat daily for best results.
