A style of Sauvignon Blanc that is unmistakably from New Zealand which showcases its coastal surrounds with a wonderful freshness, you can almost taste the salt air.
Our Sauvignon Blanc vineyards are all elevated hillside vineyards exposed to the cooling sea breezes and grown on volcanic influenced soils. The fruit is all dry grown and hand harvested before being gently whole bunch pressed. The juice is racked clear and fermented with cultured yeasts, filtered and bottled in the winter.
