They have a bayonet-style connection that fits any 3M™ Bayonet Reusable Respirator and they’re designed to optimize your field of vision. These cartridges offer lightweight breathing protection for a wide range of hazardous environments.
Versatile and simple to install: designed to enhance field of view and comfort on the job, these Gas & Vapour Cartridges with particulate filters feature a low-profile, swept-back design. 3M™ Bayonet Gas & Vapour Cartridges with Particulate Filters are easy to install. Simply choose the cartridge type that’s suitable for your individual needs and requirements, align the connection and twist to lock into place with a quarter turn. These cartridges are compatible with 3M™ 6000 Series Half Facepieces, 6500/6500QL Series, 7500 Series, 6000 Series Full Facepieces, FF-400 Series, 7800 Series, 3M™ Scott™ AV-3000 HT and AV-3000 SureSeal Facepieces with AV-632 Bayonet Adapter, thus helping to reduce inventory needs.

Gas and vapour cartridges use carbon particles to adsorb contaminants, filtering the air that you breathe. 3M™ has designed the cartridges to be easy to breathe through and long lasting by optimizing the layers and depth of the carbon bed, geometry of the cartridge body, and carbon particle size. 3M™ Bayonet Gas & Vapour Cartridges with Particulate Filters provide protection against a wide range of gases, vapours and particulates. Designed for use in multiple industrial applications.
Help protect your workforce: 3M offers a free online tool to help you select the appropriate respirators, cartridges, and filters for your workplace respiratory hazards and contaminants and help determine cartridge change-out schedules. 3M Select and Service Life Software (www.3M.com/sls) contains more than 700 different chemicals and provides documentation of your choices. 3M™ Bayonet Gas & Vapour Cartridges with Particulate Filters are NIOSH-approved to protect against particulates and help provide respiratory protection from certain gas or vapour concentrations up to 10 times the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) with half facepieces and up to 50 times the OSHA PEL with quantitatively fit tested full facepieces. Not for use in environments that are immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH). Change 3M™ Bayonet Gas & Vapour Cartridges with Particulate Filters in accordance with your well-documented change-out schedule or earlier if smell, taste or irritation from contaminants is detected.
