These phone cases, as most of our other cases, offers a small lip around the front of the phone which prevents the screen from touching the surface when laid flat. The cases are printed using the latest technology sublimation printing process and manufactured in house, with recyclability, reusability or sustainability in mind.

- Standard UK Royal Mail delivery within 1-3 working days (no tracking).
- Standard US DHL/USPS or STAMPS delivery within 2-5 working days (with tracking).
- Europe delivery via Spring Global/La Poste or Post NL delivery within 5-8 working days (with tracking).
- Australia Standard Australia Post Stamps within 3-5 working days (no tracking).
- Canada via Asendia US and Japan via Korean Post might take up to 11 business days to be delivered (tracking available).

📨 RETURN POLICY
Our products are labeled as "Custom" or "Personalised". As a small business with sustainability in mind, all our cases are made-to-order to avoid minimal production waste. Exchanges are still accepted in some cases but please make sure to select the right model as returns can automatically be rejected. All items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, to our UK studio. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

📃 POLICIES
- If you notice any defects upon arrival such as print issues or damage, please provide photos along with your message within 7 days of receiving the item for replacements or refunds.
- In case of a refund, shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Very small spots/dots that do not affect the design will not be considered as damaged and are therefore, not eligible for a full refund or replacement. But a 30% partial refund and discount code will be provided.

Made well but function is challenging

I’m not so sure I really like this over all. The keys on the keyboard are nice, not mushy at all, very clear and functional. And the size of the keyboard is fine. It’s not full size and I didn’t expect it to be. But what I can’t get used to is how floppy the rest of it is. It won’t sit well in my lap, it must be on a flat surface to function at all. I find that very frustrating. The grooves that prop up the ipad won’t hold it if you move it at all. The keyboard must be unattached, moved and reattached to close up everything securely. Also it is heavier than I expected. The quality is good. It is not cheaply made. The color is just what I wanted and expected from the description. I’m giving it four stars instead of three because it is made well, but it’s mostly form over function. Edit: I returned this product and ordered a keyboard with the swivel holder for the ipad, much sturdier and steadier.

A bit disappointed

Needed a new cover for my Ipad 11. This product had a good price, options for colors (I picked the green) and shipping was fast. When it arrived out of the box I was disappointed. Putting my Ipad 11 into the case was a bit harder than I expected. Once in, either the top or the bottom would not sat seated in the case. The backlight is nice, but you have to charge the keypad and ipad separately. I returned this because you have to physically move the keyboard to either use it or close the case or get the Ipad to stand. So, when closed the keypad sits right under the Ipad screen. When you open the case and want the ipad to stand, you have to physically slide the keyboard towards you or down to the bottom of the case. This then allows you to fold the upper portion and stand the ipad upright. You have to reverse this to actually close the case. What all this means is two things for me...this setup takes more deskstop space and a few more movements to get everything setup.

Very Plastic Feeling and WILL Scratch or Break Your Screen Eventually

TL;DR: (To Long Didn't Read) Keyboard: Really Flimsy Plastic, Comes in DIRECT Contact with Screen, WILL Scratch and or Break Screen Case: Makes iPad Fatter and Bigger than a normal Business Folio, outer layer has nice rubber feel, When closed it does not turn off your screen. I have the Magic Keyboard for my New Ipad Pro 11 inch M4 and my largest complaint is that you can't fold it down and use it in "normal" Tablet mode. I wanted to get something that would let me keep it in a case and use it in a flat mode to draw or play games. I stumbled upon this and was super excited. It has a wireless keyboard and could fold in a lot of ways. I was WAY WRONG. The keyboard is nothing but cheap hard plastic and is very flimsy and comes in DIRECT contact with the screen which will eventually either scratch or break your screen. When closed and folded it makes your SUPER THIN tablet larger and thicker than MOST Business Folios. It also does not turn your screen off. I will give this product 2 stars because the case itself feels really good on the hands. They used a rubber material that Apple uses on their Smart Folio Covers for their iPad. Also, the product idea itself is amazing just very poor build quality and not protection for your screen. I guess that is what you get for your $30.00
