The outside four rows of barrel porting allow for the barrel tip to equalize air pressure in the barrel with outside air to create a smooth and quiet transition from acceleration to free flight.  On the inside, the 16 grooves on the inside of the ACP tip are rifled straight instead of in a spiral fashion.  This allows for paintballs to fly accurately in a linear path once leaving the ACP tip instead of spinning in a rifle fashion. The Freak ACP tip is designed to eliminate any type of material out of the barrel including dust, paint, mud, snow, and water!  Shoot this barrel in ALL CONDITIONS AND get the same level of performance in all elements! Field proven by some of the world's top players through their development cycle, ACP barrel fronts shoot cleaner, faster when the going gets rough.

The Freak ACP barrel front is made of aluminum and combines with the Freak XL barrel back to get a 14 inch barrel with the maximum performance out of any barrel system on the paintball market. No other barrel system out there is designed to handle all of the conditions presented by Mother Nature like the GoG Freak ACP barrel system.  Punisher's PB has also tested this barrel in the field to show that it may have a slightly decreased sound volume and possibly an even "deeper" sound signature!
