The core component of the FightBro Sliding Bag Rail System. Each rail section is 8 feet long and serves as the track that sliding bag carriages travel along, allowing you to reposition your punching bags horizontally: sliding them to one side to free up floor space when you need the mat open for grappling, sparring, or other training.
Rails are designed to be used in multiples: connect two or more sections together with the Rail Connector (F952) to build a longer run, and cap the open end with the Rail End Cap (F953) to keep carriages safely on the track. The track can also be bent to create a rounded corner for the system with a Curved Sliding Rail (F926)
Mounting options:
- Mount to a bag support stand that's mounted to the floor, or wall and floor.
- Mount directly to the ceiling using the Rail and Ceiling Connector or the Hanger version of it for extra vertical length.
- Mount to a wall-mounted multiple bag support structure
Each rail is sold as a single 8' piece. Plan your rail length based on the number of bags and the space available in your gym.
