A superior quality unsweetened raspberry puree. Managing the full process from the fruit processing to the final product, we are able to obtain an optimal organoleptic quality, with genuine passion and attention to flavor profile - for a truly unique taste.
Thaw and gently stir before use. Suggested applications: in fruit mousse, inserts, ganache truffle, sorbet, pâte de fruit, cocktails, etc. Enjoy bulk frozen raspberry puree at wholesale pricing.
Store at -18°C (0°F)
After thawing, store in it's sealed packaging for 5 days in the refrigerator (+2°C/+4°C). DO NOT refreeze after thawing.
Andros recommend to:
- Thaw the product in its original and sealed packaging, at +2 / +4°C (36°F / 39°F) to keep all the organoleptic qualities of the product.
- Thaw the whole product and stir it before using.
Thawing and preservation after thawing are under user's responsibility

Opens the can weird, but functional

Ehhh it’s easy to use and gets it open, my only issue is that it doesn’t open a can like a regular can opener where it is cut on top of the can and you can push it in the can to drain if needed. Rather it cuts the outside of the can as it spins around, so it doesn’t fit inside the can. Not very handy when you’re opening a can of tuna and want to drain the tuna juice, so I had to keep my manual one, that I was trying to get rid of by buying this electric one 🙃

Works Great!

I've only used it a few times since it arrived and it works great. Much better than the hand cranking can opener I've been using. It's a little loud, but that's not enough of a deterrent for me to stop using it. The noise is a temporary annoyance that I'll gladly put up with to have a can opener that actually completely opens a can.

Injured finger from use

Just used the product for the first time today. Beware, it does work but it cut my daughter’s finger open really bad because it made the edge of the can stringy and she cut her finger on it. Be careful.
