The Clap Aquaclean dining armchair version represents the peak of practicality, combining Urquiola's signature "sensual" design with a revolutionary textile technology. The Clap is defined by its two-part construction: a sturdy, industrial-grade frame and a soft, upholstered shell. Unlike Starck’s sharp lines, Urquiola uses rounded, organic shapes. The seat "cradles" the sitter, providing the comfort of an armchair at the scale of a dining chair. The legs are made of mass-dyed thermoplastic technopolymer, available in colors that either match or contrast with the upholstery for a monochromatic or bold look. This is the chair's "secret weapon." Aquaclean technology allows you to clean stains (wine, coffee, food) using only water.
