SPECS

The drawer and drawer carcass are made using precise, CNC cut 16mm black PVC board which uses a compressed and extruded PVC production method. Our drawer sets ARE NOT MADE OF PLYWOOD and unlike plywood, our product isn't affected by moisture, doesn't splinter or split, is extremely durable but lightweight and of course very good-looking and subtle in black.  Base model fit outs do not use runner hardware as the make-up of the material used allows a smooth action for opening and closing of the drawers. Of course, Heavy Duty 227kg rated runner hardware can of be added at the specified additional cost. This option also includes our handy "one hand" handle which lock outs when closed as well as mid and at full 1 metre extension.

The false floor 'Topper' will easily handle some rough n' tumble. It's made from 12mm Trans-Tex 220 European Birch heavy transport grade plywood. This is extremely hard-wearing, water-resistant and easy to clean down plywood with fully sealed edges. 

The perimeter "Cargo Bar" extends across the rear and sides of the Topper and is laser cut, CNC folded 3mm aluminium, which is then powder-coated in a long-lasting and scratch-resistant textured black powder coating system. 

Drawer dividers are also included which you can fit off wherever you wish and all mounting hardware is supplied.
