      A bit disappointed

      Needed a new cover for my Ipad 11. This product had a good price, options for colors (I picked the green) and shipping was fast. When it arrived out of the box I was disappointed. Putting my Ipad 11 into the case was a bit harder than I expected. Once in, either the top or the bottom would not sat seated in the case. The backlight is nice, but you have to charge the keypad and ipad separately. I returned this because you have to physically move the keyboard to either use it or close the case or get the Ipad to stand. So, when closed the keypad sits right under the Ipad screen. When you open the case and want the ipad to stand, you have to physically slide the keyboard towards you or down to the bottom of the case. This then allows you to fold the upper portion and stand the ipad upright. You have to reverse this to actually close the case. What all this means is two things for me...this setup takes more deskstop space and a few more movements to get everything setup.

      Pleasantly surprised!! And less than half the price of an ipad folio keyboard - I know, one feels like one has to stay in brand. So I was nervous about buying a keyboard that wasn't made by Apple. But to be honest, the Apple keyboards and mice have betrayed me on numerous occasions. Easy set up! What a relief! Tech usually hates me - sees me coming from a mile off and starts planning to at best ruin my day, and at worst have me calling my therapist. At first I started reading the instructions and my teeth hurt from the bad translation into English. But even with that negative energy I was able to set it up very quickly. Everything just WORKED!! I know. I set a low bar. These days one has to. This time I didn't need to. The cover is sturdy, soft and coffee resistant, thank goodness. The keyboard just plops on, connects through magic and immediately makes me feel like I am not as stupid as I thought! Absolutely recommend this wonderful keyboard - I dunno who do this voodoo but I am very excited. Crack on my lovelies! Make those dreams a reality.
