Om motivet: På jernaldermarkedet på Voergård Slot støder jeg ind i masken, lavet af Jean Smith Borglum. Jeg betages umiddelbart, men det er først nogle timer senere at jeg bliver klar over, at masken skal være hovedfigur i billedet.

Vi bryder os ikke om "det onde", slangen og nu djævlemasken, vi korsfæster den, hvorved der skabes blokeringer, symboliseret ved "sløret"/edderkoppespindet. Blokeringerne gør, at vi nu (i modsætning til renheden i Adam og Evas paradis) kun glimtvis kan komme i kontakt med det åndelige. "Surt show", tænkte jeg umiddelbart, men sløret sikrer os måske også mod at blive overvældet af "den anden side". Måske er det det, skizofrene mennesker mangler: sløret, barrieren mellem det jordiske og det åndelige/astrale.

The latch is hard to secure but otherwise a decent purse
It is decently made and a with a luxurious design. It is a stiff purse so it will hold shape. There is enough room for a large phone and a few other items as well. The gold is a dark gold. I got this because I have some sandals in this color that I needed a purse to match. My only issue is that the latch on the string has a hard time inserting into the tube. On the positive side of that, it is extremely secure because of it. However, it is a struggle. I'm not sure if it's just this one purse or this color due to the material interfering or what.
