How this repair service works ?

Once you made a purchase , our customer services team will contact you todiscuss an issue with your scooter.If you have decided to go for our collection/delivery service We use 3rd party courier company for this collection.They will collect from your house and will deliver to our repair service with in 24-48 hours .

Once we receive your scooter at our repair center one of our expert engineer will fully inspect your scooter and perform a health checks.we will give you another call before starting any repair and will agree any cost towards repair before starting any repair.

Once repair completed scooter will bedeliver back to you door.

What will happen if scooter is irreparable ? 

Our repair rate is 99% but in some cases its not worth to do any repair on the scooter.In this case we will discuss all possible options including part exchange ( we will take your old scooter and offer you discounted price on buying a new one from us )

OR

If you want us to return your scooter but inspection cost will be charger which is £ 18 only.

Do I have to pay any more if repair center advice repair is possible ?

We have fix labor price for all our repairs including VAT.This price doesn't include spare parts needed to repair your scooter if needed to change any parts.There will be no more charge for labor cost .

How long it can take my scooter to repair.

Normally Collection from your house and deliver back to you can take up to 4-5 working days.

Will there be any warranty for this repair ?

Yes , you will be covered under our repair warranty for 3 months in relation to same problem with your scooter and we will do free repair in case of failure during this warranty period .
