Underneath that bold look is a 90-micron polymeric PVC face film bonded to a Henkel solvent-based acrylic adhesive with built-in air-release channels. The PET plastic liner keeps the adhesive clean and the film flat until you are ready to install, and the film works with both dry and wet application methods.
