With the 40 pre-programmed exercises for players of all skill levels, intensive training sessions can start immediately after unpacking. If necessary, all exercises can also be changed without any problems according to your own ideas. Adjust your placement, speed, spin and throw height freely. With up to 120 balls per minute, the GEWO Delta Nexxt achieves an ejection speed that makes even professionals sweat. With the IFC (Individual Frequency Control), the timing of the balls in an exercise can be configured in such a way that an absolutely realistic playing tempo is created. When one rep isn't enough, cycle and grouping features make it easy to create interval training sessions that repeat or string together one or more exercises with short rest periods.
