Nice product

Edit: Customer service actually did offer to replace it. Received the new set and it works fine. Nice set. Only gripe is I think that the motor could be a little stronger. Sounds like itβs struggling at times.
Received a defective item reached out to customer support for Circle joy and theyβre basically saying that itβs user error and not a defect in their product, even though I explained to them that the other one works fine. When adjusting the coarseness on one of the grinders, the grinder ends up loosening up, which ends up with you spilling the pepper corns everywhere. Itβs a nice set if it worked right but for $40 I expect her device to be a little more polished.

great for my bad hands, hygenic, easy to use.

so far so good. I cook a couple times a day. I also have bad RA in my joints. this product has really helped already. from the clean size adjustment to the ease of charging. Like i have owned it for years is how easy this product has entered my kitchen routine. strong product and hygenic because you adjust the grind from twisting the body, not messing inside the grinder.

Good looker but terrible performance

I purchased the product and the base would not attach from the charging module. This is their big selling point. I requested a replacement and sadly the replacement was of the same batch run as the original sooβ¦. Yeah that base would not detach. There are videos showing how easy it is to detach base from charging module. Not theses units. Circle Joy customer service is an @gmail.com. They said base is not designed to be removed frequently. I reminded them the separation feature is their highlighted feature. I was just looking for a base. Circle Joy said noβ¦. If I do not like either unit just return them to Amazon.???? In the meantime, after maybe a dozen grinds, the original unit quit grinding normally and would barely grind at all. I shook it out and it worked again but doesnβt sound right. Two takeaways: 1) Poor product quality. 2) I am sooo done with trying to work with Amazon on replacement items. Save yourself a tone of aggravation and just return the order and reorder if you dare. Otherwise good looking and heavy feel and works great about 10 times. Too bad so sad. Now I have this huge return hassle with Amazon.
