Built for the heaviest production schedules, the 100-gallon Legion Low-Profile Kettle couples deep-drawn 304 stainless construction with an integrated 2-speed agitator to deliver perfectly uniform batches of soups, sauces, custards and more—shift after shift. Made in the USA and fully factory jacketed, it arrives ready to drop in, hook up and start cooking.

Integrated 2-Speed Mixer Package

• Twin-shaft agitator with anchor-style main paddle that contours every inch of the kettle wall & base
• Counter-rotating secondary beater eliminates hotspots and prevents product “balling”
• Two-speed gear motor:
  • Low: 23 RPM main / 60 RPM beater – gentle folding action for delicate soups & sauces
  • High: 46 RPM main / 120 RPM beater – aggressive mix for thick fillings & starches
• Removable nylon scraper blades continuously wipe the surface, virtually eliminating scorch
• Actuator-assisted bridge lift with positive rim lock lets the mixer tilt clear for full kettle access
• Bayonet-mount agitator components pop off in seconds for sink or dish-machine cleaning
• Safety interlocks prevent high-speed start-ups when the bridge is raised

Built-in Safety & Protection

• Automatic low-water cut-off with indicator light protects the jacket from dry-fire
