This is a stunning photographic record captures for the first time the unique way of life of the, forest-dwelling honey bee. A lavish, picture-led book, this is a unique collaboration between Germany’s leading bee expert, Prof. Dr Jürgen Tautz, and one of the world’s top nature photographers Ingo Arndt, which documents a major research project into the mysterious, hidden world of the honey bee.

INGO ARNDT is one of the world’s top nature photographers. His work appears in international magazines and newspapers such as GEO, Stern, Notional Geographic and BBC Wildlife. His photographs have won numerous prizes, including a World Press Photo Award. He has won the Wildlife Photographer of the Year Award several times.

PROF. DR JÜRGEN TAUTZ is a behavioural scientist, sociobiologist and bee expert. He is a Professor at the Biocenter of the Biozentrum der Julius­Maximilians-Universitat in WUrzburg and chairman of its bee research group. Tautz is the author of several popular science books on bees and holder of the Communicator Award of the DFG (Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft – German Research Foundation).

Easy Assembly It also came with an instruction manual that was extremely simple to follow, and assembly was very easy. I was able to put the chair together by myself in about 20 minutes without any help. Armrest Functionality I also like the armrests. They aren’t adjustable by height, but they do flip all the way up, which is surprisingly convenient. You can easily slide the chair under a desk or use it as an armless chair when needed. Packaging and Presentation Another thing worth mentioning is the packaging. Everything arrived extremely well-packed. Every individual part of the chair was wrapped securely, including bubble wrap protection for the components. The hardware and accessories were neatly organized, and the chair even came with the necessary tools for assembly in case you don’t own a drill or tool set. The presentation and packaging were excellent and showed real attention to detail. Overall Impression Overall, this is a fantastic office chair for the price: comfortable, supportive, sturdy, easy to assemble, and packaged exceptionally well. I’d absolutely recommend it and would confidently give it a five-star rating.
