It started as a friendly wager: two old friends from The Harvard Lampoon, Steve Hely and Vali Chandrasekaran now hotshot Hollywood scribes, challenged each other to a race around the globe in opposite directions. There was only one rule: no airplanes. The first man to cross every line of longitude and arrive back in L.A. would win Scotch and infamy. But little did one racer know that the other planned to cheat him out of the big prize by way of a ride on a quarter-million-dollar jet pack.

What follows is a pair of hilarious, hazardous, and eye-opening journeys into the farthest corners of the world. From the West Bank to the Aleutian Islands, the slums of Rio to the steppes of Mongolia, traveling by ocean freighter and the Trans-Siberian Railway (pranking each other mercilessly along the way), Vali and Steve plunge eagerly and ill-prepared into global adventure.

Wonderful pillow and products!

I've been using the Snuggle-Pedic pillow for a couple of weeks now, and it is fantastic. It's soft, but the foam is firm and full. It is clearly extremely well made. Everything from Snuggle-Pedic appears to be top quality, right down to the extra little instructional inserts they include with their products. I also purchased the Zipper Removable Cover to make laundering easier. It's just as well made as the pillow. In fact, it's exactly the same as the cover on the pillow except removable due to the zipper. I'm also using the Snuggle-Pedic Organic Cotton Pillow Case, and it too is extremely well made, soft and comfortable. I was a little hesitant about the pillow case when I saw the picture because it almost looked ... too soft for me, sort of like a fleece blanket. Maybe that was just the way I saw the picture, but it's not actually like fleece. It's very soft and comfortable and does stretch a little as opposed to a regular pillow case, as they say in the description, but in a good way and appears very durable. I was concerned that it would stretch out and twist around the pillow, but it doesn't do that at all. It has stayed perfectly fitted to the pillow. From what I've experienced, everything in the descriptions of the Snuggle-Pedic products is true, and all three pieces work perfectly for me. This is the most I've spent on an individual pillow, but I couldn't be more pleased, and I'm planning to replace all my pillows.
