- For Adults: One sachet to be mixed with 250-300 ml of water or the beverage of your choice & consumed one or more times a day.
- For Children Above 8 Years: Half a sachet to be mixed with 250-300 ml of water or the beverage of your choice & consumed once a day, under adult supervision.
