金門屬於副熱帶海洋氣候，全年雨量稀少，平均年雨量不到1,100公釐，境內沒有高山，因此大陸東北季風直接吹襲，金門島內水氣蒸發量快速，有著製作麵線的優異條件。然而，飲食西化原因，如今吃麵線的人少了，麵線產業已不若往日之興盛矣。過去金寧鄉有上百家的手工麵線業者，集中在後浦、沙美一帶，曝曬在陽光下的金門麵線成了許多遊客拍攝的鏡頭。金門風大，日照強，擁有做金梭玉帛，牽絲如縷絕佳麵線的製作條件。

馬家麵線細白柔軟，帶著清淡的鹹味，吃起來滿滿金門豐富的閩南、僑鄉和戰地遺存代表性，真有一番風味，有滿滿天然的麵香味（那種老麵饅頭會有的麵香味）。

Amazing fit, great quality material

I ordered this pair of denim pants in my usual size (30x32) and they fit amazingly. The cut is slim, but not overly tight. The material is the perfect thickness and seems to be of excellent quality, with a slight stretchiness to it. They are slightly softer than most denim pants I have worn. I am finding that they are great for both business casual settings with a button-up shirt and more informal "dress down" type situations with a t-shirt and sneakers. This is probably my favorite pair of jeans that I have gotten in at least a few years, and I would highly recommend overall.

Soft, comfortable fitting jeans

Good quality and a great slim fit, but a bit expensive for a blend. Since they aren’t 100% cotton, they have a slight stretch that makes them more comfortable and softer than standard jeans. I’m happy with the look and feel, but I’ll have to see how they hold up over time.

Very nice and would highly recommend!
