The avant-garde 'post-apocalyptic' rock unit Queen Elephantine is back with it's sixth studio album. High recommended for fans of acts alike Swans and OM, this is a trip through hypnotic molasses grooves - drawn from psychedelia, doom, drone, noise rock as well as free jazz and sacred music from around the world. Formed in 2006 in Hong Kong and currently based in Philadelphia, USA, Queen Elephantine is a nebulous worship of heavy mood and time, who already left their big stamp in the current heavy and psych rock scene. Queen Elephantine have released five albums to date as well as splits with Elder or Sons of Otis. Gorgon was produced and mixed by guitarist and vocalist Indrayudh Shome, and mastered by Billy Anderson.

Like the dissolvable feature

Cardiologist recommended one tablet nightly 30 minutes before bed to protect the lungs from covid. His other recommendations were standard protocol. Had never heard of this but know that melatonin is supposed to help with sleep. Had tried melatonin for sleep, at higher strength, but effect wore off after a week. Suprisingly, this seems to help with sleep as well. Large count at reasonable price.

Sleep aid that helpd.
Flavor Name: Peppermint
I purchased these because I understand that the natural production of melatonin decreases drastically after the age of 40. I have been using another brand that much more expensive for a lower dosage.
I read the other reviews and decided to give these a try. I have been taking them for about 30 days. I think, I have a good understanding of the pills.
It appears that the other brand had a more consistent effect. They sublingual and you would feel drowsy after about 20 minutes. These are slow desolve and take effect after 30 minutes or so.
My only issue was consistency. I would say that 90% of the time I would be drowsy. Once or twice a month they would have a minimal effect. They are a stronger dose, 5 mg versus 3 mg of the other product. They are less expensive and they work most of the time.
