Gray lenses are the best choice for everyday activities. Of course, the best way for you to decide is to consider your environment.

Now the disappointing part is that the cloth is just too damn small. Men with larger hands will have a hard time keeping the cloth in your hand - it's not big enough to drape over your hand so it scrunches up quite a bit when you're really trying to get a good scrub with it. If they made these in a larger size I would easily give it a "5".
