At first it was amusing, but as time went on it got more and more annoying. It started with cess pit emptying, drugs of all sorts, replica watches and other luxury goods, pornography and rubbish shares and has since moved on to attempts at fraud and virus distribution.
I now get upwards of thirty thousand spam messages a day!
That is a downright nuisance, but it also gives me a unique opportunity to collect, sort and analyse all of those annoying messages.
This note is an attempt to put some figures, conclusions and thoughts to everything.

Excellent Book

This book goes into such details of needed formulas and how to use them. Book has lots of examples of real world use and how to use the formulas. Well worth the purchase price.

In depth and easy to understand
Format: Paperback
I am an active investor and have read quite a few books on a variety of investing and real estate topics. Accordingly I mostly skim new books and try to strengthen concepts I am already mostly comfortable with. I previously had difficulty grasping irr, npv, and dcf, and this book explained these thoroughly, simply, and with examples that will allow me to use these tools to make better investing decisions. I think this book will offer great value to those just getting started and those at a more advanced level alike.
