Its base in the Old World is still strong, producing the famous wines of Sancerre and Pouilly Fume in the Loire Valley as well as much of southwest France, including Bordeaux where it is thought to have originated as a result of a spontaneous field crossing of Cabernet Sauvignon. Within the appellations of Graves and Entre-Deux-Mers, it makes fine dry whites, blended with Semillon, Muscadelle and Ugni Blanc. However its importance is not to be overlooked in neighboring Sauternes helping form some of the world's most sought after dessert wines. On the other side of the world New Zealand's association with the grape has become so strong the two are almost synonymous. On the whole they tend to be bolder with more pungent exotic aromas that their European counterparts. It is also cultivated to a large extent in South Africa, Chile, Australia, and California. Initially coined and marketed by Robert Mondavi as Fume Blanc, the Californian versions were aged in a little oak in order to tame the grassy quality, although now Fume Blancs may refer to unoaked Sauvignon too. Common tasting notes include, grass, gooseberries, lemon, and grapefruit from cooler regions. Riper, sweeter fruit notes such as melons, figs and pears are found in warmer climate renditions. Careful oak ageing can develop more weight and complexity, sometimes displaying tropical mandarin and stone fruit.Shipping Notes

Alternative Snack Option
Nice alternative to the stuff available at the local corner store. Will not win any taste awards. Portion size is excellent. Satiates the snack cravings. Odd after taste from one of the mix items. Confused by taste, is it old or odd!?

Very disappointed
I was really excited to receive these snack packs as someone who recently is doing keto. I was very disappointed that they have no flavor, not lightly salted or anything and were almost stale/soggy. Keto stuff is expensive and I’ve found some good nut mixes before, these just are not it and maybe sat too long?

"OK" taste
I was excited to try these but was disappointed when I did. They are "OK" taste wise..no bold flavors that is for sure. They will be nice on-the-go to throw in my purse but I wouldn't buy them again - not only because they taste rather bla but also because they were a but expensive.

Great value, great product!
I use this as a home jewelry box - I don't wear a lot of jewelry, so it fits my needs perfectly. Its pretty lightweight and would be good for travels as well. The outside is leather-like and seems to be waterproof so far. I use the first layer for jewelery and second layer to store my hairclips and pins. I've had it for a few months and it seems to be great quality and durable! Definitely a good value as well because I've seen similar jewelry boxes sold at popular retail stores for over $30.
