The 2017 Dolomite Cabernet Franc underwent malolactic in stainless steel tank. It has a lovely green bell pepper and clove bouquet that really expresses the grape variety without holding back. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannins, well balanced and quite reserved in style. Yet there is impressive depth and an irresistible truffle- and bay-leaf-tinged finish that leaves the mouth tingling. Excellent.
