Digitally remastered edition of this incredible solo album from the world's preeminent Led Zeppelin tribute artist. The album was produced by Mack (Queen, Billy Squier). Michael White's story has always been closely linked to the ghost of Led Zeppelin by virtue of the fact that he fronts one of the world's preeminent Zeppelin tribute acts, The White. Over the years he has carved out a lucrative career presenting an accurate and entertaining testimonial to an act that redefined the course of rock music. Interestingly, Michael's stab at solo success included an unexpectedly successful entrée into the business. Encouraged by Robert Plant himself, he submitted demos to Atlantic Records that were eventually sanctioned by the most important executive at the label, namely label founder, and the man who originally signed Zeppelin, Ahmet Ertegun. Label hopes were high that Michael could cut an impressive solo album and not entirely ape Zeppelin's sound. Paired with hot-shot producer Mack (Queen, Billy Squier) he was sent to Munich to record, but problems emerged almost immediately when Mack dismissed Michael's band (incuding future W.A.S.P. guitarist Randy Piper and former Moxy drummer Danny Bilan) after only a handful of tracks had been taped. Michael suddenly felt that the project slipping away from him when Mack insisted on using session players and utilising electronic programming. Issued in 1987, the album received positive acclaim for not only it's content but also the way it steered clear of immediate Zeppelin comparisons. Indeed, if anything, the record displayed a decided nod to solo era Robert Plant, and it boasted an impressive selection of wide-screen epics such as 'Matriarch', 'One Good Turn', 'Fantasy' and the crowning glory 'Psychometry'.

My Lexi loves them!

I myself have never tasted them or chewed them, but my dog Lexi goes crazy over them. I insert them into her chew toy puzzle and she is in heaven! the quality is good. the only problem with them is that my Lexi loves them so much! he is constantly bringing her chew toy over for a refill. again! Lets do it again!

Best dog toys for active dogs!

A while ago we bought the ball bone toy for our dog but after trips to 4 different pet stores we were unable to find the replacement rings. Imagine my joy when I found them on Amazon for about $5! It's money well spent, our dog is happy and so are we! They are long lasting (about an hour for our most determined dog) and are easy to replace in the toy. Word of caution, sometimes bits of the treats get stuck in the grooves of the toy or under the ball, make sure you take the whole thing apart and wash it well before replacing the treats. So far this is the BEST toy to distract our curious overactive pup. We'll keep buying them. Look at this happy pup!

Longer Lasting than most things I've tried

I bought these to go on the PetSafe Bouncy Bone which I had bought for my Australian Shepherd/Vizsla mix puppy who chews everything. We had gone through so many "long-lasting" chew toys/bones that really lasted only about 10 minutes and I was looking for something to occupy his time a little longer. These do the trick. Although they still don't last super long, they take a little more effort and keep him distracted a bit longer than anything else edible that I've tried. To me they are a bit pricey, so I try to make them last by only putting one on at a time, instead of one on each end of the toy. I also tighten the ends pretty tight to make it more difficult for him to get at the entire ring. If you don't mind the price, these are an easy and convenient way to keep your dog busy.
