LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:  We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

EXPRESS SHIPPING: USPS estimates express shipping between 4-7 business days.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING: During November through December, USPS has higher than normal order volume. Customers may experience extended shipping times. Once shipped, USPS estimates delayed delivery between 10-30 days.  

FOR GUAM RESIDENTS - We do not ship to local locations, or allow local pick up at this time.

The buyer is responsible for any import fees charged by customs. 

Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. All items must be unused, unaltered, and in the same packaging with the tag attached. 

All returns are subject to a 10% fee in order to cover PayPal processing and return fees. The buyer is also responsible for any return shipping fees.

Exchanges are accepted. Please contact us at [email protected] so that we can help you find the correct exchange. You will need to send the jewelry you wish to exchange back to us at Vince Jewelers 618 E Marine Corps Drive Hagatna, Guam 96910 with USPS. Customer is responsible for shipping fees. When the items are received, we will notify you. If there is a price difference, we will send you a link to complete payment for the price difference plus $10 for return shipping. If there is no price difference, we will send you a link to pay a $10 shipping fee for the return of your exchange. Finally, we will prepare the exchanged jewelry for shipment and email you a shipment notification.

I liked this dress and probably would have kept it if it fit me. The material is not very thick, but I think thin cotton is ideal for a summer dress anyway. Can't speak to the long-term durability or how it washes, but the overall construction looked decent - no unraveling seams or glaring quality control issues. Sadly, it does not seem TTS to me. I am 5'2", 115lb. Bought my usual XS. It hit about mid-shin, so not too long, but it was quite large, especially in the chest and waist. It was less noticeable with the skirt since it is loose and pretty forgiving - if you are bottom-heavy and nervous about sizing down to fit your upper body, I wouldn't worry too much.
