The ship, the only intact vessel of any nation to have survived both world wars, houses the largest surviving reciprocating engines. When the ship was commissioned in 1914, its class of ship was the most powerful in the world--the most complex product of an industrial nation just beginning to become a force in global events. Over the years the ship underwent a series of modifications to fit it for contemporary warfare. In World War I Texas operated with British battleships in the North Sea and protected troop convoys. In World War II the ship participated in the American landings at Normandy, Iwo Jima, and Okinawa. On April 21, 1948--the anniversary of Texas independence--it was decommissioned and became a state memorial. Beginning in 1988, the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department sponsored nearly two years of restoration to Texas. The ship was returned to its home dock at San Jacinto in July, 1990, and rededicated in September, 1990. People from around the world can now walk on the decks of this historic vessel. Photographer-writer Hugh Power, under the auspices of the Parks and Wildlife Department, has photographed virtually every foot of the battleship, both before and after restoration. The resulting book is a thorough walking tour as well as a lively history of the ship. Decent for the price.

The color is pretty, the bottle seems to be working well for now. The atomizer pump is so cute and makes me feel super dainty and girly! I love the xtra refill, the funnel and two glitter glues for makeup looks. The glue is good enough to hold the glitter but not too sticky where it leaves a nasty residue. So that’s a plus and it’s easy to wash off.
However, the glitter does not adhere or stay in place on dry skin. I’m assuming it’ll be great to spray on the body if you have some type of oil in for it to adhere too but haven’t tried it yet. Will update next weekend.

Love it.

This glitter is gorgeous on.
Really easy to apply, sprays evenly and a good amount at once. It wasn’t a nightmare to deal with either clinging to things it fell/rubbed onto which I was pleasantly surprised by. It cleans up very well.
A little goes a long way too, so it should last a while. It stayed on my body fairly well throughout the night too.
I have really sensitive skin so I was hesitant to even get glitter at all. I tried body glitter 2 years ago but it was a liquid spray kind and I broke out in an intense rash all over.
I also have a chronic hive condition so my skin flares up from products due to sensitivity.
I did not have ANY issues with this glitter.

Absolutely Stunning Glitter with Thoughtful Packaging! | Rainy Rainbow

This glitter is breathtaking! The sparkles catch the light very beautifully — it has a mesmerizing, holographic shine that’s perfect for adding extra pizzazz to any project.
When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised at how well it was packaged. The box was securely sealed, and everything inside was perfectly intact—minor spills, no mess.
A heads up on opening the entire thing: the round container’s Lid is screwed on VERY LOOSELY. Be mindful when you’re unboxing. Screw it back on very tightly.
The spray nozzle on this bottle gives such a beautiful, antique perfume vibe—it really elevates the whole experience. It sprays the glitter perfectly, so it’s easy to get a flawless application every time. (Don’t forget to keep the little nozzle cover to protect it!) Honestly, I wouldn’t apply it any other way than with the bottle—it just makes everything so much smoother. 🤷🏻♀️
If you happen to go overboard, just grab the closest shirt and wipe off any excess. No point in wasting any of this stuff! :)
Oh, & those two little gloss bottles are actually glue, which is perfect for keeping everything right where you need it to be.
Here’s a little pro tip: I used the same tape that kept the box sealed to reseal the lid of the round glitter container until I’m ready to use it.
Worked like a charm! 😎 It’s a small detail, but it will keep everything neat, and prevent unwanted glitter explosions in the future.
If you’re a sparkle lover, you’ll adore this glitter—it’s as pretty in person as it looks online!

Great glitter body spray

So cute. Came with extra glitter, I’m assuming lipgloss you can make into glitter lipgloss, a funnel to help pour the glitter. Or re load your spray. The spray performance is nice. Might stick better with some oil before hand? But I like it so far. Worked 6 hours and still had glitter on me for my photoshoot. I sprayed perfume and then glitter. There’s no odor. The amount of quantity of glitter you get seems good for the price. Durability seems good so far but like I said may need some oil or lotion first to help it stick all day.
