Nomio brings together 10 years of scientific research in a convenient 60ml shot. It is taken around three hours before demanding training sessions or events as part of a planned training routine.

The formula contains naturally occurring compounds called isothiocyanates (ITCs), sourced from broccoli sprout extracts. ITCs are found in cruciferous vegetables and have been widely studied for their biological characteristics. Each shot provides ITCs in a concentrated format, with an amount comparable to that found in approximately 2.5–3 kg of raw broccoli.
