This unique auto-locking safety device has been designed to prevent a sudden drop, guaranteeing permanent monitoring, during both active and inactive moments.
In the event of a failure, after failure of the load pressure brake thus exceeding the specified speed, the patented safety gear will automatically activate, safely absorbing the load, preventing the catastrophic creation of larger dynamic forces. Courtesy of its unique design, it remains in a safe state even in the event of an error.
The housing has been engineered for outdoor environments, preventing the build-up of water and moisture, combatting the risks of corrosion. External components such as the chain guide and stripper are zinc-plated, while internal components such as drive pinion, ratchet pawl, ratchet, and load chain wheel are MKS coated (zinc flake coated) adding an extra layer of protection against the elements.
Finally, the ergonomic patented hand lever facilitates efficient operations at any angle, for both lifting and pulling applications.
