The studs are for M10 x 1.5 threads, please confirm with your OEM bolts before purchase.
- Maximum Torque - 72 ft/lb
All SPA Turbo's cylinder head stud sets includes 1 pack of CMD's anti scoring lube #3.
Designed for extreme pressure applications, perfect for cylinder head studs assembly, as it stands pressure values of 40,000 to 50,000 psi, which helps to reduce thread friction and ensure that the torque applied is used to properly stretch the bolts.
VW 1.8L 20V 2.50mm decompression MLS head gasket
- NEW Compression reduction VW 1.8L 20v.
- Special cylinder head gasket for turbo conversion on the 1.8L 20V.

Heavy duty, excellent quality

I trust the Nylabone brand and would not buy a cheap substitute to save a few bucks. This ring is heavy duty. I got it for our 9-week-old puppy and it keeps her interested and entertained with all the little nubs. She uses it more as a toy than something to chew on, tossing it around and mouthing it. It's very hard so I'm not worried about her being able to chew off any little pieces at this point. This satisfies her for now and helps to keep her busy and reigns in some of her puppy energy. Recommend!
