Its patented design features three concentric cylinders with slotted vertical louvers, creating a Venturi effect that results in a vacuum to extract air from the attic space. The vent head also has a one-piece spun cap for protection against rain and snow, unlike traditional turbine vents. Offering a 12-inch diameter throat opening and producing 310 CFM at 11 mph, the Aura Ventilator Retrofit is the ideal solution for efficient attic heat and moisture control year-round.This retrofit wind turbine, equipped with a mill finish aluminum frame and no moving parts, offers a noiseless and easy installation process that does not require any electricity to exhaust air from attic spaces. Leveling is not necessary, and the built-in inner vertical louvers have an 1/8 in. opening to keep out insects, birds, and squirrels while allowing optimal air flow and requiring no maintenance. With a round aerodynamic design that can withstand wind forces of up to 200 mph, this ventilator is also designed to reduce attic temperatures in the summer and maintain a dry and cool attic in the winter, preserving attic insulation and preventing ice dams. This was a very disappointing purchase

This kitchen soap dispenser with sponge holder looks really nice in the picture, but..... it is so......flimsy. It is so lite weight that it almost falls into the sink every time I try to dispense dish washing soap. I was really looking for something rather heavy in weight (because of the metal) but elegant looking. I guess this is just one of those items that you actually need to see and feel before purchasing. I kept it because I needed some kind of soap dispenser after another soap dispenser, of which I purchased from Amazon over a year ago, it was made of plastic, and it broke. It was heavy and really looked nice on my sink. I guess I am still looking for a good one.

Nice compact size sitting next to our SS sink. However, you'll spend more time cleaning the SS soap dispenser as it continually picks up fingerprints and smudges.
