今年為若波創業100周年，特意推岀橫跨七年時間，Vintage 2015的純米大吟釀。經過七年熟成，清酒的香氣和味道都是複雜的。起初是啤梨、蘋果、香蕉般的果香，後來逐漸湧現焦糖化過般的甘香。味道方面是帶許黏度的口感，圓潤的甜味和旨味，溫和地融合著酸味。少許的苦味使人容易沉迷，口腔內充斥焦糖般的香氣，留下輕柔的餘韻。
另外還有特別設計的木盒，內裏的板隔是可以自由移動的設施，所以享用完清酒後，木盒可以按個人需要二次使用的。
