The Monthly Plan sheets can be used to identify your goals in advance for each month around clinical, personal, and professional development. The Monthly Review sheets can be used to track what you achieve each month.
This Planner comes with a wide range of Checklists to support your work as a CBT Therapist. These are designed as reminders rather than comprehensive lists of everything relevant. The section on CBT Core Checklists contains key items for general use in your work. These include Client Session Write Up, Safety Plans, Clinical Wills and Neurodiversity Session Review.
