Based on the concept of " Extreme "R " , " MUGEN parts for the CIVIC TYPE R are packed with MUGEN's racing spirit and know-how accumulated through many years of motorsport participation to create the ultimate TYPE R. The lineup of parts realizes "functional beauty" with powerful styling, and has been well received by many customers.
The new sports steering wheel for the Civic Type R has been developed for a variety of driving situations, from circuits to winding roads.
In terms of operability, it is thicker than the standard steering wheel and has a grip shape that is easy to hold, providing stable handling and supporting sports driving.
Dry carbon is used for the top and bottom of the steering wheel. The left and right sides are made of perforated leather on the outside and Alcantara® on the inside, creating a visually racy look. In addition, red euro stitching is used as an accent, and the shape and material are carefully selected to create a sporty design that is typical of Mugen.
In addition, the standard airbag and steering switch can be relocated and installed, so you can enjoy customization without compromising convenience.
This product can also be installed on the Civic (6BA-FL1, 5BA-FL1) and Civic e:HEV (6AA-FL4).
